The Best Infused Water Recipes to Help You Drink More Water

Infused water takes just a few minutes to prepare, and you can even reuse the fruit a few times until their flavor begins to fade.

Did You Know This About the Best Time to Drink Water? It’s certainly important to drink water throughout the day to stay hydrated and help your digestive system function properly. However, the very best time to drink water is most likely first thing in the morning. Downing a whole quart of water just after rising can help flush from your stomach, intestines, kidneys and bloodstream toxins that have accumulated overnight. It also rehydrates your whole body — including your brain, which needs plenty of water for optimal function. It’s possible that a regular early morning drink of water can boost your energy and alertness levels, improve skin tone and even help with weight loss. When the alarm goes off tomorrow morning, grab a glass and drink up!
